Answers to common questions about choosing shell decor and ordering from Braveynrt.
Are these decorative pieces or tuned instruments?
They are decorative hanging designs. We do not promise musical tuning, a particular loudness, or a specific acoustic performance.
Can I hang one outdoors?
Do not assume weather resistance. Begin with a dry sheltered indoor location and follow the actual product instructions before considering any outdoor use.
What do the images show?
Our original generated images illustrate the proposed designs and styling. Background furniture and props are not included; ask for exact product details where they affect your choice.
How long should I allow for a standard order?
Preparation is 5–10 business days after confirmation, subject to needed information. Standard carrier transport is 10–15 business days after dispatch, for a combined planning window of 15–25 business days.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Email service@braveynrt.com with your order number and clear photos if available. Keep packaging while we review an appropriate remedy. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
What does shipping cost?
Standard U.S. shipping is $5.99 below a $50 discounted merchandise subtotal and free at $50 or more. Expedited shipping, where offered, is $7.99. Checkout determines final eligibility and charges. Expedited service does not remove preparation time.
How do I request a return?
Email service@braveynrt.com within 30 days of receipt with your order reference. Request instructions before mailing a parcel. Personal preference return postage is paid by the buyer; faulty, damaged or incorrect items are handled according to the circumstances and applicable rights.
Are mounting hardware and props included?
Do not assume either is included unless the product information expressly says so. Exact dimensions, materials and package contents should be confirmed before ordering if important to you.
Can I change an order?
Email as soon as possible. We will check the stage and confirm whether a change is possible. A dispatched order may no longer be changeable. See Order Changes.
