These terms apply to use of Braveynrt and purchases made through this store, operated by Hangzhou Zhongdi Network Technology Co., Ltd.. Please read them together with the Shipping, Return and Privacy policies.

Store use

Use this store lawfully and provide accurate contact, order and delivery information. Do not interfere with security, misuse another person's information, transmit harmful code or use automated activity to disrupt the service. Buyers must have legal capacity to enter the transaction or appropriate authorization.

Products and images

Product pages explain the offered designs and any confirmed details. Generated images illustrate proposed designs and styling; they are not verified physical product photographs. Background props are not included. Do not infer exact dimensions, material composition, component counts, certification, weather resistance or musical performance from an image. Ask before ordering if an unstated fact is material to your choice. Product information must not override rights concerning misdescription.

Prices and payment

Prices and shipping charges are shown in USD unless checkout expressly indicates otherwise. The final order total, applicable taxes, discounts and available payment methods appear at checkout. Payment logos do not guarantee that every listed method is available for every buyer. Do not send card details by email. If a material pricing or availability error affects an order, we will communicate the issue and an appropriate correction or cancellation/refund rather than silently charge a different amount.

Orders and corrections

Order acknowledgement confirms receipt; acceptance and fulfilment remain subject to lawful payment, availability and information checks. Contact us promptly for changes. We may decline or cancel an order for a genuine payment, fraud, legal, availability or material error issue, with notice and refund of amounts due where applicable. This does not permit arbitrary withholding of a paid order.

Delivery and returns

The Shipping Policy explains destinations, charges and estimated preparation and transport windows. The Return Policy provides a 30-day request window and refund handling. Estimated dates are not guarantees. Neither carrier involvement nor a delivery scan automatically removes our obligations to resolve an appropriate delivery complaint.

Safe decorative use

These are decorative hanging accents, not toys, lighting fixtures or safety devices. Use suitable hardware and clearances for the actual item and surface. Keep cords and small or breakable parts away from children and pets. Do not suspend over a cot, bed, seating area or occupied route. Follow the supplied instructions and our Hanging & Safety guidance.

Content and third-party services

Store branding, original text and imagery are protected by applicable intellectual property rules. Do not copy or commercially reuse them without permission or another legal basis. Linked external sites and payment or carrier services can have separate terms. We do not control every third-party page and do not use a link to exclude obligations we owe you.

Privacy and communications

Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy. Transactional messages support your order. Optional marketing choices can be changed using the unsubscribe link or privacy request channels. Do not submit confidential information that is unnecessary for support.

Service limits and responsibility

We aim to maintain accurate and available services, but temporary errors or interruption can occur. Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not exclude liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these terms removes rights concerning faulty goods, misrepresentation, personal injury where protected, fraud or other non-excludable matters.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Subject to mandatory rights and jurisdiction rules that apply to you, disputes may be brought before a competent court at the company's location in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. This clause does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections or legally available courts in their own jurisdiction. Contact us first so we can try to resolve an issue.
