Original generated imagery

The collection uses original generated images to illustrate proposed shell wind chime designs and possible styling. These are not represented as verified photographs of physical stock. Background furniture, plants, curtains, architecture and other props are not included.

What an illustration cannot confirm

Image scale cannot establish exact dimensions, weight, material composition, package count, included mounting hardware, construction method, certification, durability or actual acoustic performance. Color can also vary with the screen and lighting. We do not infer those specifications from a rendered scene.

Confirm material purchase details

If a measurement, material, included component or installation requirement affects your decision, contact service@braveynrt.com before ordering. Name the design and the detail you need. We should provide accurate product-specific information rather than ask you to rely on an assumption.

Decorative use

These hangings are described as decorative accents. They are not claimed to be tuned instruments, toys, safety equipment or weatherproof fixtures. Follow the actual item guidance and our Hanging & Safety page. Do not treat a styled image as an installation instruction.

Information errors and your rights

If product information contains a material error, contact us so it can be corrected and an affected order reviewed. This disclosure does not permit misleading descriptions or remove rights if goods are faulty, materially different from the description or incorrectly supplied.

Questions after delivery

If an item differs materially from the information on which you relied, email your order reference and explain the issue. Keep packaging and photographs where available. We will review an appropriate remedy under the Return Policy and applicable law.
